Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a leading warehouse and distribution company based in Port Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing Monday to Friday work in a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer

  • Ongoing Monday to Friday work
  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • $34.00 per hour
  • Immediate start available
  • Long-term opportunity with a well-established client

About your new role

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift for approximately 30% of the shift
  • Organising and stacking boxes onto pallets for approximately 70% of the shift
  • Loading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Building and stacking pallets to a high standard
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About you

  • Current LF Forklift Licence is essential
  • Previous counterbalance forklift experience
  • Experience stacking pallets and loading trucks
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
  • Looking for long-term, ongoing employment
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Able to complete pre-employment requirements before commencing
